Mark, a 47-year-old amateur base car driver from the UK, once described himself as "skinny fat"—a term that implied he was neither fit nor strong despite being underweight. Life Before Embody

"I was light, not as light as I am today, but certainly didn't have the strength. My approach to losing weight was simply to stop eating," he recalls. This strategy not only deprived him of necessary nutrients but also sapped his energy levels, crucially undermining his performance in races and day-to-day activities.

Taking Mark through photoshoot prep has been an absolute pleasure. Mark is the type of person who would run through a brick wall if it meant getting 1% better with each session. His ability to train with high intensity week in and week out, and always chase progression in the weights room, has been fantastic to witness. Outside of the gym, Mark was spot on with his nutrition, taking extra time every day to measure all his meals and ensure they were 100% accurate down to the gram. It's details like this that helped Mark get to his photoshoot condition. A massive well done from me, and I look forward to our next project together.
