The place itself is well located with parking underneath the bldg, and the design of the studio is of top quality equipment, it is a high end facility. The training program is designed around your needs and goals, in my case it was to revive fitness after a long break due to injuries. The best of all in this company is its people, making you feel at home and amongst friends. It is a very encouraging and positive environment to be in and work on your goals with your trainer (extremely attentive to their clients). This place and it’s people are serious about what they do and how they help get you there. I highly recommend it.

Embody is the most luxurious, clean and professional gym I have come across in Dubai. I decided to stay on after the 12 week program as I continued to see progress. I have gained over 7kg of muscle without making major changes to my lifestyle, it has been a fairly smooth process. Not only are the trainers excellent, the facilities are top-notch. The reserved parking spots in the garage are a major plus. The changing rooms and equipment is always extremely clean, with cleaning staff all day.
