Alexander's Transformation Story

Alex, a 43-year-old angel investor living in Dubai, discovered Embody through a friend's referral. With a background in the military and rugby, he had years of training experience but struggled in recent years to maintain consistency and intensity due to work and life demands.

Former military officer, spent years training for both sport and profession, including 15 years playing rugby. However, after transitioning into a demanding finance career, he struggled to maintain the same intensity and consistency in his training.
