I came across embody fitness online and met Dave and decided to join. The gym facility is top class there is no doubt about it. During our training every session I feel I’m doing the maximum that can be done in each session. During all exercises the trainers are there ensuring all movements are being done correctly, safely and at the optimum.

After having researched a lot about gyms in Dubai, I did join Embody with my wife for a 12 weeks transformation plan and I must say it has been worth an investment and engagement thus far. After 8 weeks, I can definitely say, that my expectations were meet/exceeded. -The facilities include everything needed, are very clean and well maintained -The atmosphere is very encouraging and positive -The structure of the program I joined was very effective, with accurate and regular follow ups and assessments And the final result was better than expected! I signed onto this fitness studio for a 3 month program. The place itself is well located with parking underneath the bldg, and the design of the studio is of top quality equipment, it is a high end facility. The training program is designed around your needs and goals, in my case it was to revive fitness after a long break due to injuries. The best of all in this company is its people, making you feel at home and amongst friends. It is a very encouraging and positive environment to be in and work on your goals with your trainer (extremely attentive to their clients). This place and it’s people are serious about what they do and how they help get you there. I highly recommend it.

Embody is the most luxurious, clean and professional gym I have come across in Dubai. I decided to stay on after the 12 week program as I continued to see progress. I have gained over 7kg of muscle without making major changes to my lifestyle, it has been a fairly smooth process. Not only are the trainers excellent, the facilities are top-notch. The reserved parking spots in the garage are a major plus. The changing rooms and equipment is always extremely clean, with cleaning staff all day. The gym is never crowded as all members only train with coaches. Be warned, you might love it and extend the time with Embody, like I will.
