The Embody body transformation process can be defined in five important steps...

1. Thorough body assessment

Our friendly personal trainers kick-start your body transformation journey with a thorough physical assessment. They measure your body composition and fat percentage, and run a full movement analysis and screening. This data is then used to set your targets and create your own personalised, step-by-step, life-changing programme.

2. Nutrition and supplementation

Whether you are looking to lose weight, build muscle or tone up, proper nutrition is essential. Your dedicated qualified nutritionist will provide you with an eating plan that has been specifically tailored to your body and goals. Plus, if you don’t fancy cooking for yourself, we can set you up with one of our partners, to have healthy and delicious meals delivered right to your door.

3. One-on-one coaching

Embody’s state-of-the-art Olympic-standard gyms come complete with cutting-edge equipment and world-renowned British coaches. Private and exclusive, there’s never more than 10 clients on the floor at once, and you’ll always have plenty of room and constant attention from your personal trainer.

HOW LONG DOES A BODY TRANSFORMATION USUALLY TAKE?

With Embody, our typical body transformation packages are 8 to 12 weeks, depending on your goals.

Our programmes are designed to create optimum results in the shortest possible time, and they don’t require spending hours in the gym every day, or eating nothing but water and vegetables.

Although body transformation requires dedication and commitment from your side, our trainers make the workouts fun and engaging, and clients often note that they become the highlight of their week.

I have been training with Emily at Embody since January. She is such an amazing trainer and so knowledgeable. From my first session she was very welcoming and thorough when taking me through my induction. Since training with Emily I have got so much stronger and she pushes me to keep on making improvements with my weights and training intensity. My body is much more toned and I have lost lots of body fat. Training with Emily is always fun and I look forward to my sessions with her. Embody is a top class gym with fantastic facilities and plenty of space to work out. But what really sets this gym apart is its people! My personal trainer Emily is brilliant. She is very knowledgeable and constantly motivated and pushed me to achieve my goals. I'm not an easy personality to deal with but Emily stuck with me and showed true dedication and patience even when I was at my worst!

Just wanted to thank the whole team for an amazing result which you've helped me to achieve! Especially Harjeet who was watching me closely for the last three months in the gym as well as the kitchen :) Harjeet is definitely one of the most efficient and dedicated person to the stuff he does i've ever met. During my 12 weeks program I went from 90 to 73 kilos, which is an impressive result! I'm definitely coming back already this autumn to lose even more weight!

Having had the experience of other gym and personal trainers Embody Fitness truly ticked all the boxes and I can’t thank my personal trainer Harjeet enough. Harjeet has been so supportive and extremely professional in the way he has been training with me and without his support and commitment I would not have come to where I am today. The results still feels unreal and I never thought that this was possible for me to achieve. So a big thank you Harjeet!! I would also like to thank David who I had the first meeting with who also convinced me based on my personality that Harjeet would be the best PT for me as I wasn’t sure if I wanted a female or a male trainer. So the fact that they tailor the programme after your needs is a huge plus. And of course the facility plays a very big role and Embody Fitness has managed to keep a high standard of cleanliness, equipment that is up to date and most important everyone is so friendly and the staff always meet you with a welcoming smile.. I started training at Embody last year, with the initial goal of losing a bit of weight and improving my fitness. However, over the course of the first six months I managed to lose around 14 kg and 13 per cent body fat, whilst transforming my mindset and approach to exercise and nutrition. My journey has continued, building strength and feeling healthier as a result. I've just finished my first 12 weeks, I'm so impressed with the results that I have signed up for another 12 sessions! This is the first time I haven't dreaded going to a gym or working out.
