Sarah was an international athlete for 25+ years until
her retirement in 2016, and has been in the personal training & nutrition
world for 6 years as a REPS-certified trainer, initially working with
Embody Fitness in London, and later moving to Dubai.
Sarah’s vast experience and jolly nature helps her ensure that clients get the best of both worlds – fitness and fun!
I love being positive and personal training allows me to import my knowledge and experience to help others change their lives.
I aspire to help people achieve their goals regarding fitness and nutrition awareness. I understand making life changes to accommodate going to the gym can be hard, so I work to make the process fun and motivational, and keep it a positive experience as much as possible.
My hobbies are tennis, watching movies and video games.
