Originally from Toronto, Canada, Taha’s love for fitness started when he became a high diver at the age of 8. Years later, after becoming a waterpolo athlete, he found his love in Sprinting where he was a National level competitor.

Taha obtained his Diploma in health and Fitness 19 years ago and has been transforming people’s lives ever since. He worked with Toronto’s Elite clientele, and National level Ice hockey athletes for years before moving to Dubai 6 years ago.
