What do you love about your job?
The best part about being a PT is seeing a range of different people fall in love with the health and fitness journey; from once being scared or not having the confidence to even step into a gym to completely changing their mindset.
What is your greatest motivation?
Knowing I can help people achieve goals they never thought they could through sharing my knowledge and experience. Seeing the improvement in their health and wellbeing at the end of the journey.
Hobbies & Interests?
Trying loads of different sports and activities, whilst currently joining aI WANT TO GET STARTED
cheerleading team after a long time being a gymnast when younger. I also love sunrise walks, fitness & food and am an iced coffee addict!!!
