What do you love about your job?
I genuinely love turning up face to face with my clients every session and helping them leave feeling energised and ready to attack the day! What also really gives me a buzz is witnessing my clients make physical change and how this affects their mental health and confidence. In the past, clients have told me how they genuinely feel their lives have changed due to my input and this puts a huge smile on my face!
What is your greatest motivation?
I have worked in health & fitness since the age of 17 and I have not once woken up on a Monday dreading going to work, it doesn’t even feel like work, I keep myself motivated by trying to stay as humble as possible and up skill myself to the best of my ability.
Hobbies & Interests?
I love playing sports, predominantly Rugby and Football, and sometimes attempting to play tennis. I would be lying if I said I didn’t enjoy a good social occasion with friends and firmly believe that life should be a healthy balance of fun and hard work. On top of that, I have a keen interest in psychology and have recently started studying to be a counsellor.I WANT TO GET STARTED
