What do you love about your job?
The part about my job I love the most is seeing the positive changes both mentally and physically with my clients. Educating my clients on training and nutrition opens very interesting conversations and I enjoy sharing useful knowledge that will hopefully last them a lifetime.
What is your greatest motivation?
That your fitness journey is never over. No matter what you are trying to achieve or your goal, there is always more you can give and you should always strive to be the strongest version of yourself.
Hobbies & Interests?
Passions outside of the gym include boxing, reading & inventing new ways to challenge my clients. I WANT TO GET STARTED
