Originally from London, UK, with over 5 years of experience
in the industry as a fitness coach and body recomposition
specialist, Max has trained people from all walks of life, from
U.S college wrestlers to professional polo players.
Training, weightlifting, and good food are Max’s passions in addition to helping clients learn and cultivate effective habits and skills that ultimately lead to a healthier life. In addition to being the dedicated fitness coach that he is, Max is also an adventure sports enthusiast, and has mountaineering experience in the Alps and Himalayas.
I love generating an environment that both pushes and encourages my clients to exceed their goals and expectations. You can’t replicate the feeling you get when someone you have been working with achieves their goal. It’s why I get out of bed every morning.
Ultimately motivation will only get you so far, discipline and consistency are the keys to success.
Apart from training, my passion is food. As a qualified chef (actually true) I love experimenting in the kitchen and coming up with new (sometimes) healthy meals. I am also a huge comic book nerd.
