LOUISE LOST 20KG IN JUST 12 WEEKS - AND HERE'S HOW SHE DID IT
Over a period of many months, Louise noticed that she had gained a significant amount of weight – she works an office job, and therefore lives a very sedentary lifestyle and, at that point, wasn’t being active whatsoever. Eventually, she decided that she wanted to do something about her slowly but steadily snowballing weight, and that’s when she found Embody Fitness. “In terms of the nutrition – the whole programme was shaped around my lifestyle instead of just being a short term fix – for example, they could have just given me recipes to cook, but instead it was more based around my macro's and easy to follow portion control, so over the course of the programme, it taught me how to be better with the food that I eat, and be more disciplined – and that worked really well.”

Summing up her transformation success with Embody, Louise stated that “it was a huge transformation physically, but it also gives you the confidence to go into other things as well, which I think is really great – teaching me enough that I could probably go out and do this on my own now, which is a great thing as well. But, even just seeing the before and after pictures, it was crazy and it’s hard to believe that I was carrying all that extra weight, and everything was much harder than I remember it”
Louise says that after her transformation, the main thing she says to others is that “it is entirely possible to get the results that you want – there is only one thing that you need to do, which is show up and be consistent with the diet – the rest just follows.”
