John began regular martial arts practice at the age of 10.
Eventually, he started coaching students and ultimately
became a personal trainer, nutritionist, and wellness coach
to improve and maximise all aspects of his craft.
John excels in helping his clients through sticking points in their journey, whether they are physical or mental. For him, seeing someone break through what they once thought was impossible to achieve is the best part of his job.
The best part of my job is helping people overcome their individual challenges. Watching someone reach a goal that at one time seemed impossible to them is incredibly rewarding.
A desire to make the most out of every day and every opportunity.
I love kickboxing and muay thai but outside the gym my main hobbies are illustration, rock climbing, and gaming.
