Fraser achieved fantastic results on his 12-Week Muscle and Physique programme. In just three months he lost 9kgs of fat and gained 3 kgs of muscle to finish at 11% body fat.
“I started my fitness journey with Embody last year when I moved to Dubai from Singapore as I was looking for a fresh start on my fitness goals. I had in the past put this as a secondary goal but decided that for myself this needed to change as I was overweight as well as having low energy levels.
My main goals from the start has been to lose the excess weight I had gained over the past few years with bad diet habits as well as not really doing enough exercise to sustain this. Going forward I needed to change my mind set to a different direction as well as self- motivation to achieve what I want.
With this in mind that I have managed to increase my strength as well as losing weight I had gained in the past as well as feeling more energetic. Also, I have been learning lots of new techniques on various lifting movements which has been great as I found I have been able to achieve more than I ever expected to do as well as a good educational tool for oneself.
